The organisers reserve the right to decline participation from individuals without an academic affiliation.

3Reporting & Sanctions

Any violations of this Code of Conduct must be reported immediately to the Local Organising Committee. Retaliation against anyone who raises a concern or files a complaint will not be tolerated.

Statement Regarding the Russian War Against Ukraine

The ICDMS 2026 Organising Committee strongly condemns the illegal and brutal war inflicted by Russia on the people of Ukraine. In response, and in solidarity with the people of Ukraine, the ICDMS 2026 will not accept registrations or contributions from participants affiliated with institutes from the Russian Federation and Belarus.

Scientists employed by these institutions may participate in the conference activities only as private individuals.

This Code of Conduct reflects the commitment of the Dark Matter and Stars conference to a respectful, inclusive, and high-quality scientific environment.
